I shopped around, researching and visiting all Spa dealerships, and found Spamart to be the most sincere and provided great customer service. Many spa shops felt like I was dealing with used car salesmen, which was not at all my experience at Spamart. When my spa was delivered, a few jets weren't pumping any water, so I contacted Spamart. They sent someone out the same day, and adjusted the jets on the spot, resolving the issues immediately - great customer service. We are loving our new Sundance spa, absolutely no regrets - we are in it everyday, and feeling so much more relaxed with less aches and pains.

After all our research Spa Mart at Lonsdale was by far the best for quality product, service, delivery and spares/supplies. I would recommend Craig and his team for knowledge, experience, friendly customer service (no pushy sales tactics).
