What We Need to Know at Your Water Test

- The volume of water in your pool or spa.
- The type of surface your pool or spa has (e.g. Pebblecrete, fibreglass, tiled, vinyl-lined, concrete, etc.).
- If you have a salt/mineral pool, we’ll inquire about the recommended salt range for your Chlorinator.
- For chlorine pools, we’ll need to know the type of chlorine you typically use (e.g., Calcium Hypochlorite, Stabilised Trichlor, Stabilised Dichlor, etc.).
- We’ll also ask about the current condition of your pool or spa, including whether the water appears green or cloudy.
