SpaMart spas use a heat-shrink-sealed, high-density foam liner to prevent water ingress and extend the life of the cover.

The structure is a timber-free framing system that is insusceptible to rot, mould, or mildew. Made of recycled, high-impact injection-moulded plastic, it is designed to last a lifetime.

Heat loss occurs when the spa circulates water in the pipes during the filtration cycle. Most manufacturers insulate the spa shell, so the plumbing is on the outside of the insulation, resulting in heat loss. We fit our insulation to the inside of the spa cabinet to create an air gap and lock the heat in.

SpaMart Spas use a quad-core shell structure that will last a lifetime. The American acrylic layer is reinforced with marine-grade vinyl ester and polyester resin layers and lined with ceramic-reinforced resin for peerless strength and rigidity.

The heart of every good spa pool is a high-quality shell. Pumps and other equipment can be replaced, but the shell cannot.
SpaMart Spas use a four-layer, eight-step lamination process not found in most spas in the same price range. This process cures the shell in a temperature and humidity-controlled oven, making it an incredibly durable shell

The flat fiberglass-reinforced plastic base is rot-proof and corrosion-resistant, preventing moisture damage and distortion for long-lasting stability.
